Robert has over 40 years' experience in the design and construction of residential and commercial developments across the UK, using all forms of building procurement. He has led many design teams and has particular strengths in the technical design and delivery of projects. He has a proactive approach to problem solving, and to achieving optimised design and construction solutions which strike the optimum balance between quality and cost.

Manisha is a passionate architect and has over 20 years’ experience designing, detailing, and coordinating projects, including large scale, complex residential schemes. She has taken projects from conception to completion and has considerable expertise across all stages of the development cycle. Manisha has also worked internationally in India and has recently collaborated with drafting teams overseas to deliver projects in the UK.
